My bank account won’t link when using Plaid, why?


There are several reasons your bank account may not be able to link at this time. When linking your account make sure:

  1. You are using the correct credentials to access your external bank account. This will be the same username and password you use to login to your financial institutions mobile app.
  2. The personal information on your Ambition Card matches that on the bank account you are linking.
  3. Your banks multi-factor settings on your financial account may be incompatible or may need to be disabled to connect your account. Please reach out to your financial institution to find out more on disabling this feature.
