- Download the College Ave mobile app from the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™ Store. You'll be able to make one-time payments or set up AutoPay from within the app.
- Log in to CollegeAveServicing.com to make a one-time payment or set up recurring payments
- Contact us to speak to a representative or make a payment by phone 24/7. Have your bank routing and account number ready.
- Mail a check, be sure to include the remit slip from your monthly statement. If you don't have your remit slip, put your Document ID in the memo field of the check. It may take a few business days for us to receive payments made via mail.
