How do I stop getting paper statements?

There are a few ways to change your statement delivery method from mail to paperless; online at, via our mobile app, or you can call us at 844-803-0736. 

To enroll in Paperless statements online, log into your account at

  • Go to the Account Settings menu in the top right corner of the screen and select Account Settings
  • From the Account Settings screen, you’ll be able to change 4 settings. On the right column, the first setting listed is “Preferred Delivery Method of Important Documents.”
  • If you'd like to receive your statements electronically, select “Paperless.” Then check the box that says “I have reviewed and agreed to the attached statement.”
  • Click the Save Changes button at the bottom right corner of the screen.
  • To make this change online, log into your account at com.

To enroll in Paperless statements via our mobile app:

  • In the bottom navigation, tap Settings
  • Tap Manage Notifications
  • Under Important Documents, toggle the Paperless setting to the right and you will start receiving emails when your statements are available to view on
  • We're working on providing statements directly in the mobile app but that feature isn't available yet.
