Undergraduate students receive a 6-month grace period before full principal and interest payments begin. The grace period starts when the school reports that the student has withdrawn or graduated.

  • If the student re-enrolls before the grace period ends, they won't be required to make full payments.
  • If the student re-enrolls after the 6-month grace period but within 12 months, we will retroactively apply the in-school deferment and they will get a full 6-month grace period upon graduation.
