I can't find my log in credentials for www.collegeaveservicing.com or the mobile app. How do I reset them?

You can manage your loan through www.collegeaveservicing.com or our mobile app. You can download the College Ave mobile app from the Apple® App Store® or Google Play™ Store.

The website and the mobile app use the same log in credentials. 

Website:

  • To retrieve your username, scroll to the bottom of the white box and select Forgot Username. Fill out the info and we'll email you your username. 
  • To reset your password, scroll to the bottom of the white box and select Forgot Password.  Fill out the info and we'll email you a password reset link. The link will be good for 24 hours. 

Mobile App:

  • To retrieve your username or reset your password, open the app.
  • From the Log In screen, tap on "Trouble Logging In?" 
  • Select Forgot Username or Forgot Password and we will email you the information. 

If you aren't receiving the emails, it could because we have an old email address on file for you. Please contact us to update your email address.
